Hacettepe's institutional structure is designed to support the operations of teaching processes. The units and technologies that support the planning, execution, and measurement of outputs include the Education Commission, the Student Affairs Department, the Student Affairs Information System (BILSİS), the Distance Education Application and Research Center, the Learning and Teaching Development Center.
